Refund Policy

At Zounés Cakes, we take great pride in the quality of every cake we create. Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

Refunds are not offered except in the event of a batch error or where the quality of the product is deemed insufficient upon delivery.

To qualify for a refund:

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
The cake must be returned no more than half eaten.
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
