Welcome to Zounés Cakes. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. About Us Zounés Cakes is a local bakery offering custom cakes and related products for delivery. Our products are made to order and are subject to availability.
2. Orders
- All orders must be placed in advance through our online store.
- Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.
- We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to fulfil it, in which case a full refund will be issued.
3. Pricing
- All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the price paid.
4. Delivery
- Deliveries are carried out Monday to Friday during selected time slots.
- Delivery is outsourced to third-party partners (Uber or courier services). While we will assist in resolving any delivery disputes, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party providers.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order at the selected delivery address and time.
5. Refunds & Returns
- All sales are final. Refunds are only considered in the event of a batch error or insufficient product quality.
- The cake must be returned no more than half eaten for a refund to be considered.
- Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
6. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
- Customers are responsible for disclosing any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of ordering.
- Zounés Cakes cannot be held liable for reactions resulting from undisclosed allergens.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website, including images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Zounés Cakes and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Zounés Cakes shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services beyond the value of the original order.

- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
